I want to offer you one of variants of dolma, a recipe taken from a Georgian cookbook. This dish is cooked from cabbage leaves and vines, and, in principle, and other shells...in every country where it is prepared, has its own nuances of cooking. Now I will show you the version of the recipe used in our family. It is not necessary to compare dolma with cabbage rolls, they are similar but still have their differences and in the stuffing, and the cooking and serving. Stuffed cabbage is a Russian variant of dolma. I love dolma, as it leaves enough budget, getting ready a snap, turns a lot and, most importantly, delicious!
