Husband tasted and said that it is very tasty, but the one yesterday better!!! Prosciutto is a cured pork. The national dish of the Balkan peoples. We tried it in Montenegro, but they do and it is served everywhere there. Prosciutto is the equivalent of jamon. You can replace the Parma ham. In an extreme case, our own smoked bacon. So, let's start.
