The combination of soy sauce, honey, ginger and garlic makes this sauce a very refined, and cooked the meat in it is striking for its softness, tenderness and Golden brown. Once in the restaurant, tried to replicate this sauce at home. Success to me, though not from the first attempt, pleased and my guests too. Maybe like You as well!
Ingredients for Pork in sauce "Hoi Shin"
- Brisket - 500 g
- Honey - 2 tbsp
- Ginger - 10 g
- Garlic - 3 tooth.
- Soy sauce - 4 tbsp
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Starch - 1 tbsp
- The mixture of peppers
- Coriander - 1/4 tsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Pork in sauce "Hoi Shin"
Cut the breast portions.
Clean the ginger root and finely cut, as did the garlic. Honey melt to a liquid state in the microwave or in a water bath.
In hot 50 ml of water, add starch, stir up well to avoid lumps.
And mix all the other ingredients for our sauce.
Mix well and put in meat sauce, carefully promazyvaya each piece.
