Ingredients for Guiro Hanpan
- Figure - 300 g

- Salt - 1 depot.
- Spices - to taste
- Soy sauce - 2 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Guiro Hanpan
First prepare the rice: wash the rice in cold water until water clarity, throw in the rice cooker, pour water on two fingers above from the surface of the rice and season with salt and oil so that the rice turned out crumbly.
Meat (the thinner, the better), pepper, Chinese cabbage chop square, the celery is at your discretion, onion half rings, tomatoes - finely, garlic slices.
Fry the meat in hot oil, immediately season with salt and soy sauce to keep the meat soaked, fry the meat until cooked on a slow fire (you can pour a glass of water), then in order to rapid fire every 3 minutes fry the onion, garlic and tomatoes, Chinese cabbage, pepper and celery, then immediately remove from heat and do not close the lid. Salt and spices to taste.
When serving you can decorate with greens.
