Ingredients for TAS Kebab
- Veal - 500 PCs

Step by step instruction of cooking TAS Kebab
Cut the meat into cubes and fry in vegetable oil, covered with a lid the pan. Season with salt and pepper.
Meanwhile, chop the onion half rings and add to the meat, continuing to cook over low heat. The process of cooking largely depends on the quality of beef if the meat is harsh - extinguishing, respectively, longer. If the meat is dry - add water.
When the onions and meat a little extinguish, add the chopped (a blender, a knife, as you like) tomatoes and dill, and continue cooking process.
Prepare the filling: 1 /4 Cup dry red wine (today I had a wine brand "Merlot", happened, and used semi-sweet red) is mixed with the flour and add to the nearly finished dish.
Then there are variations: you can grease the pan with oil, put into it the contents of the pan and "finish" until done in the oven.
You can also finish the whole process and in the pan. Although, in my experience, in the oven turns out everything is better - the meat just melts in your mouth.
On the suitable side dish boiled potatoes or rice. Very tasty!
