Recipes minestrone very much. As they say in Italy: "each hostess your recipe." So, I offer you my winter version of this wonderful soup. If you exclude the bacon, you can enjoy this soup in the post.
Ingredients for Minestrone with beans and bacon
- Beans - 1/2 stack.
- Brisket - 60 g
- Butter - 30 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- The Apium graveolens Dulce - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 tooth.
- Tomato paste - 1 tsp.
- Tomato - 2 PCs
- Pepper - 1/2 PCs
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Cauliflower - 200 g
- Pasta - 50 g
- Basil - 1/2 tsp.
- Dill
- Salt
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Minestrone with beans and bacon

Pre-soaked the beans overnight boil in a ratio of 1:5 for 1.5 hours.
