Very easy, tasty and healthy! Roasted red pepper with white beans and cream cheese - the perfect combination. You can eat with your favorite crackers, bread or vegetables. Or just dip your finger and directly into my mouth like I did.
Ingredients for Dip bean and roasted pepper
- Beans - 150 g
- Pepper - 2 PCs
- Lemon - 0,5 PCs
- Cream cheese - 100 g
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Dip bean and roasted pepper
I used beans from the company Mistral " Blanche". For cooking you can use any dry white beans. Pre-soak the beans for 4-8 hours (preferably overnight), then pour fresh water and cook until tender beans. When the beans is cooked, tilt it in a colander, let cool.
We have two large red pepper.
Pepper bake and peel off skins.
Prepare the required products.
All immersed in the bowl of a blender and blend.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
