I admit, the salad in our house love and, of course, the holidays are not without this delicious vegetable salad. Today I offer you some interpretation of all the familiar vinaigrette with red fish, Apple and Chinese salad.
Ingredients for Salad a La vinaigrette with red fish
- Potatoes - 3 PCs
- Fish - 250 g
- Cucumber - 2 PCs
- Apple - 3 PCs
- Cabbage Chinese - 6 PCs
- Beets - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1/2 PCs
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Salad a La vinaigrette with red fish

Cooked vegetables cut into cubes, salted or pickled cucumbers too cubes.
The leaves of Chinese salad grind, in proportion to the vegetables. I also add in a salad the white part of the leaves.
