- Cream - 400 ml
- Yolk egg - 3 PCs
- Sugar - 6 tbsp.
- Instant coffee - 3 tsp.
- Water - 220 ml
- Milk - 30 ml
- Powdered sugar - 60 g
- Cashews - 100 g
- Gelatin - 10 g
- Vanilla essence - Five

Soak the sheet gelatin according to the instructions. Similarly, if you cook with plain gelatin, then fill it with water and leave to swell.
Yolks pound with sugar. If you can do with vanilla sugar, then add it immediately.
Coffee pour water, add milk and let cool. Warm coffee enter to the egg mass. Put the pan on the fire and boil on a slow fire, stirring constantly.
