Ingredients for Tomato juice
Step by step instruction of cooking Tomato juice
Tomatoes (any state, not green) pass through the juicer.
The juice season with salt to taste and bring to boil.
Boil for a few minutes, pour into hot sterilized jars, roll up and wrap until cool.
You can drink it as juice, you can add instead of tomato sauce.
The juice is thick (can be diluted with water) and, most importantly, without artificial additives.
Of the 20 kg I get 5-6 three-liter cans.
The first time I water is not diluted, but I did not like(I don't like it thick).
Now I dilute the juice with water 2 :1 and boil until foam.
Then the process of seaming the same. But dilute it's not for everybody.
