Buckwheat with mushrooms in tomato sauce

Buckwheat with almost the same name produces one of the famous Russian manufacturer. I used it often bought, and the taste of her I really liked. And now, the buckwheat for me was something of a delicacy because in the first shop it's not for sale, and go for it in Russian I'm too lazy :) Ponostalgirovat a little bit, I decided to "reproduce" the buckwheat alone, using only their memories of her. I can say that it turned out 100 times better, and besides without any preservatives! Ingredients for Buckwheat with mushrooms in tomato sauce
- Butter - 30 g
- Water - 300 ml
- Tomatoes mashed - 150 ml
- Tomato - 3 PCs
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Buckwheat - 1.5 stack.
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Greens - to taste
- Vegetable oil - to taste
