I want to share a simple recipe of the delicious pizza. Pizza dough turns elastic and kneaded very quickly. This time I decided to cook a pizza in a slow cooker. It turned out just great!
Ingredients for Pizza in a slow cooker
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Flour - 2.5 stack.
- Yeast - 0.5 Pach.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 0.5 tsp.
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Milk - 0.5 stack.
- Margarine - 0.5 Pach.
- Soft cheese
Step by step instruction of cooking Pizza in a slow cooker
Margarine to melt. Pour in the margarine slightly warmed milk, add the egg, vegetable oil, sugar, salt. Mix well.
Add the flour with the yeast, knead the dough. Thanks to its oil-based batter is very flexible.
The dishes with the dough, cover with film and put in the fridge for 40 min.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling. The filling can be any, on your taste!
The Cup multivarki grease with butter. A rested dough is divided into two parts (if cooking in the oven, the divide is not necessary).
