Boil the nest or spaghetti (of which in the future will create our socket) until fully cooked. Carefully remove the nests with a slotted spoon and place them on a previously greased baking sheet. If You are using spaghetti, drain, let them cool slightly and shape into nests.
Place the sauce, mix the sour cream, ketchup, salt and spices. Then grease the socket prepared with a sauce (this will not allow them to dry out and give a peculiar taste).
A small amount of cooked sauce and leave for the future! :)

In minced meat add onion, missed through Mincer (or grated on a grater), salt, spices (I add a little bread soaked in water, the meat becomes more viscous and less fatty).
Then formed small meat pellet with a thickness of 0.5-1 cm.
