Key lime cake-meringue with ginger and raspberry jam

Before You version of the cake-meringue "Pavlova" in an unusual rectangular shape. Part of: French lime meringue, homemade raspberry jam and a delicate lemon-ginger mascarpone cream. This is a delightful and incredibly tasty combination, try it ;) PS: I cooked a half portion size dishes for filing.

- Powdered sugar - 100 g
- Lime - 2 PCs
- Salt
- Jam - 4 tbsp
- Mascarpone - 250 g
- Sugar - 2 tsp.
- Jam - 1.5 tbsp
- Orange - 1 piece
