Popular Swedish dish, which is served in restaurants (Planck - plate, stack the steak) - the steak on the plate. Look at the history of the dishes, I saw that this is not a Swedish dish, but Hungarian. In Hungarian this dish is called "fatanyeros". Seeing the store plank for cooking, I decided to buy them and prepare the dish at home. The result made me very happy! You can eat one of the favorite dishes, without spending a lot of money.
Ingredients for Plank-stack
- Beef - 800 g
- Pepper white
- Potatoes - 1 kg
- Chicken egg - 9 PCs
- Cream - 100 ml
- Oil, rapeseed - 3 tbsp.
- Butter - 500/3 tbsp
- Tomato - 4 PCs
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Parsley - 2 tbsp
- Bread crumbs - 2 tbsp
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Green beans
- Bow white - 4 PCs
- Vinegar - 50 ml
- Water - 100 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking Plank-stack
Put the onion in a saucepan, pour the vinegar and water. Add salt, pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce fire and boil to reduce liquid by half.
Filter our vinegar sauce.
Put the pot in another pot of boiling water. Pour in the sauce the yolks.
Stir until it thickens.
A thin stream, stirring constantly, pour in the melted butter.
Add the parsley and tarragon, stir, and the sauce is ready!
The recipe serves 4 people. I did 2 and therefore the number of products on the photo is reduced.
So, the steaks dry with a kitchen napkin.
A little slugger. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Put on a heated pan and fry for a few minutes on the side. The meat should be pinkish inside. (I love well-cooked meat and so roast longer.)
