Ingredients for Chicken with Provencal herbs
- Chicken fillet - 500 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - $ 2.
- Dry white wine - 100 ml
- Flour - 1 tbsp
- Milk - 250 ml
- Spices - to taste
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
- Paprika sweet - 2 tbsp
- Turmeric - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 depot.
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken with Provencal herbs
Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Onion and garlic lightly fry in vegetable oil on medium heat.
Carrots grate on a coarse grater. Add the pan to the onions with the garlic and fry another couple of minutes.
Chicken fillet cut into small cubes.
Add the chopped chicken to the vegetables in the pan. Fry for 5-7 minutes.
Pour the wine and completely evaporate for 2-3 minutes on high heat, stirring constantly.
Add the paprika, turmeric, a pinch of sugar, mustard. Mix well.
Reduce the heat to medium. Add the flour. Mix well.
Pour in the milk so that it almost completely covers the meat. Mix well.
Simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally, 10-15 minutes. Serve with vegetables, watering sauce.
