- Gelatin - 30 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Jelly "Fruit bomb"
To start, soak the gelatin in cold boiled water and leave it for 10 minutes.
Until gelatin swells, prepare fruits and berries.
The gelatin is ready, put it on a medium heat.
While stirring, add a delicious and fragrant Mistral sugar and syrup from the peaches (juice), mix everything together and leave to cool slightly.
Spread the first layer of fruit in the mold.
Pour the cooled gelatin first layer and refrigerate for 30 minutes (the gelatin should solidify). Take out, put 2 layer of fruit, pour, and again in the cold. I did in the evening, the jelly has stood in the fridge until morning. The Breakfast we got was fresh, tasty and healthy.
