I love the gravy of meat, and this sauce turns out very tasty.
Ingredients for Gravy
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Pork - 400 g
- Tomato - 3 PCs
- Green olives - 15 PCs
- Flour - 2.5 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Gravy
Onions chop and fry a little in the cauldron in vegetable oil. Carrot RUB through a grater and add to the onions. Fry a bit.
To make corned beef and add to the onions with carrots and bacon finely chop and also in a large kettle, sauté for about 15 minutes.
With tomato remove the peel, mash with a fork and add to meat, mix well and simmer for 15 minutes. Olives cut into 4 pieces, add to meat, mix well and cover with water.
Cook 10 minutes, add the flour, stir, until the mass thickens. Add the chopped greens. Gravy is ready!
