Ingredients for A La achma

Step by step instruction of cooking A La achma
Cheese to grate on a coarse grater.
Roll the dough into a long sheet with a thickness of 3-5 mm and sprinkle with cheese.
Roll not very dense loaf.
Beat milk with egg.
Lubricate the form of butter, put the roll in the form of "Snail" pour the egg-milk mixture.
Bake at 180-200*C for about 30-35 minutes.
The dough after baking, the product is obtained as if parboiled.
