My husband flatly refuses to eat certain types of food, because he is afraid to be poisoned or the smell bothers him, and lamb is one of them. But I'm not giving up :) I cooked different dishes with lamb meat and finally found this recipe, which my husband liked, and he even additives asked how I was happy. After dinner, he stayed alive, and the smell of meat, he also did not feel :) Before sleeping I told him that I was pleased that he praised my dish, and that he refused to eat lamb... you should have seen his surprised face! I thought he was offended, but no, praised!!!

1. Prepare water for boiling pasta and put on fire. Cubes of eggplant with salt and allow to soak on a paper towel for a few minutes.

6. Prescription have add the tomato paste and cook, stirring, 1 minute. I have not found, and I added about 200 g of tomatoes in own juice, without juice :)
I added the wine, cream and stock.

7. Add pasta to boiling water and cook them.
Reduce the heat a little less than medium and simmer the stew until cooked pasta.
