Soup vegetarian "kuznetsovski"

There are many recipes for soup and have tried many of them, I came up with my own. Since I'm practically a vegetarian, part of my soup is missing the meat, although the meat it will taste as good. :) I think this is the recipe many will like, especially for vegetarians. :)

Chop onion to your liking. Personally, I halves of the onion cut lengthwise into four pieces and slice.

Put on a heated with oil (I like unrefined) griddle onions, carrots and beets. Fry all this for 10-15 minutes.

At the end of the sauteed vegetables add to them the sugar (it is needed in order that the soup was not sour from tomato paste), some lemon juice and tomato paste. Add the mixture of peppers. Fry all this for another 5 minutes. The onion is ready.

Cut the potatoes including wedges, as you like.

Shinkuem cabbage.

Put potatoes and cabbage in a pot of boiling water and cook for 5 minutes.

While cooking potatoes and cabbage, cut bell pepper.

Then cut the red onion.

Press out the garlic through chesnokodavku.

Add to the saucepan with potatoes and cabbage, the Bulgarian pepper, red onion and garlic.

Left pour into bowls and add sour cream. :)
