On my birthday my oldest son is already a year eating salmon kebabs that I marinated in an Asian style. But this time I decided to break the tradition and cook the fish using orange marmalade. The result exceeded all expectations! The fish was very tender, the marinade does not interrupt its own flavor, but rather complements, making the dish full and harmonious!
