Ingredients for Baked Turkey fillet with pineapple salsa
- Turkey - 400 g
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.
- Pineapple - 1/2 PCs
- Parsley - 1 Puig.
- Chili - 1 piece
- Ginger - 1/2 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Powdered sugar - 1/2 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Baked Turkey fillet with pineapple salsa

1. Portioned fillets salt and pepper, drizzle with oil and bake in a preheated 180*C oven until cooked.

2. Pineapple cut into small dice.
Parsley chop.
Do peppers remove seeds and finely chop.

3. In the bowl to combine the pineapple, parsley, pepper, ginger and season with lemon juice and olive (or vegetable) oil. Before serving put into the refrigerator.

4. Serve the meat with salsa.
