Step 1

Rice with cashews, I took the rice "Basmati" from "Mistral". I think in this recipe it is better to use "Basmati", but in principle can be any other figure.

Step 3

Note: I roasted in the slow cooker. But came to the conclusion that it is better, faster and easier nuts fry in a pan on the stove. I did a slow cooker is not enough heat, I had to switch off mode "roasting" mode "baking" and close the cover.


Step 4

Wash the rice. Put in a bowl multivarki. Salt, add turmeric.
