Recipe pancake pie "Middle" the classic "Russian hut" V. A. Levshin (p. 34-35), published in 1816. My version of the recipe adapted to the modern foods and methods of cooking. Try it - it's very tasty, useful and satisfying!

Step 1

To make pancakes, I bake according to the recipe http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/835 13/.
It took me 5 pieces: 2 - bottom 1 - middle 2 - top pie.

Step 2

To make the porridge separately from the rice, separately from millet, preferably until soft. I used a ratio of 1:1 (water:groats). Cooked in multivarka VITEK VT-4214 mode "Porridge" time - 30 minutes.

Step 3

Beat eggs with 1/2 Cup sugar, vanilla sugar in the lush foam. Cream beat until soft peaks form.
To combine beaten eggs and cream, mix gently. The amount of sugar, adjust to your liking!

Step 4

The Cup multivarki grease with butter.
At the bottom lay 2 pancakes.
Dried raisins, cranberries and cherries washed, dried, combine with rice and 1/2 portion of the egg-cream mixture, mix well.

Step 5

Dried apricots wash, dry, cut into cubes, combine with millet and 1/2 part egg-butter mixture (leave a few tablespoons), stir.

Step 6

At the bottom of the Cup multivarki with pancakes, lay on the prepared millet mass, to shift the pancake, put the rice mass, cover with 2 pancakes.
From top left to grease 2 tablespoons egg-cream mixture.

Step 7

Enable "Baking" in multivarka VITEK VT-4214 50 minutes (this time is the default).
Using the tray for steaming to get the finished cake to shift on a dish, sprinkle with powdered sugar, serve. This pie will easily replace the mess and at the same time would be a great treat for tea!
