Ingredients for Meat cutlets stuffed with scrambled eggs
- Pork - 300 g
- Chicken breast - 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 0.5 PCs
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Tomato - 1 piece
- Milk - 5 tbsp
- Dutch cheese - 50 g
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Meat cutlets stuffed with scrambled eggs
Stuffing: chicken breast, pork, onions and carrots grind in a meat grinder. Add the egg, salt and pepper to taste.
Tomatoes and herbs finely chop. Egg mix with milk and salt.
Tomatoes fried in sunflower oil, pour the egg mixture and sprinkle with parsley. Fry under cover until tender.

From stuffing make the cake and in the middle put the eggs.
Join the edges and form zrazy.
In a baking dish put the noodles and pour the sauce. Sauce: grated cheese, garlic, milk and a little mayonnaise. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes.
