Took Italian recipe cake, with slight modifications. Since I have no wheat starch was replaced by potato. Don't know what the taste of Italian cupcakes, but mine came out very tasty.
Ingredients for Cupcake lemon cream
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Sugar - 200 g
- Vanilla sugar - 1 Pach.
- Cream - 200 ml
- Potato starch - 100 g
- Flour - 170 g
- Leavening agent - 1 Pach.
- Lemon peel - 1 Pach.
Step by step instruction of cooking Cupcake lemon cream

Beat the eggs with the sugar and vaniline sugar.

Mix the flour, starch, baking powder, sift in the resulting mass.
