Ingredients for Rice muffins with mushrooms and tofu

- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Seasoning - 1/2 tsp.
- Dill - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Green onions
Step by step instruction of cooking Rice muffins with mushrooms and tofu
For cooking, take the rice "Orient" white long grain from "Mistral".
Fill with water in the ratio 1 to 2, cook according to the instructions on low heat for about 20 minutes.
While the rice is cooking, arbitrarily cut the mushrooms and onions (they still continue to grind). Mushrooms can take any, I used mushrooms.
Fry mushrooms with onions in vegetable oil for 10 minutes.
Take the tofu and cut.
In the blender put fried with onions mushrooms and tofu, add salt, ground mixture of peppers, dried dill. All grind.
Take the cooked rice (about 300 grams), combine with chopped mushrooms and ground tofu.
Stir it carefully.
Take molds for muffin, if necessary grease with a brush with vegetable oil. Put in heated to 200 degrees oven and bake 20 minutes.
Ready muffins served hot, though they are nice and cold.
Serve with greens, green onions, arugula leaves or salad mix, vegetables, tomato or soy sauce.
