- Sunflower seeds - 200 g
- Flax seeds - 150 g
- Forest nuts - 100 g
- Oat flakes - 220 g
- Seeds - 7 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Maple syrup - 2 tbsp
- Coconut oil - 5 tbsp
- Water - 500 ml
- Sage - 3 tbsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Bread "health"
Our ingredients are.
