- Mushrooms - 2 Gorst.
- Dutch cheese - 50 g
- Greens

Mushrooms can take fresh or frozen (frozen is more, they will lose volume).
Slightly fry them (optional with onions), salt.

Grate cheese on a grater. Add to the mushrooms. Mix well.

Pita bread slice (or break with your hands) into two parts smaller to make it easier to fold and eat.

Place the filling on pita bread evenly, not very densely, with 2/3 of the sheet, a little before reaching the edges (like strudel), so it was convenient to twist.

Roll roll, turning down end edges inside to leaking cheese.
