- Water - 150 ml
- Starch - 1 tsp.
- Curd - 3 tsp.
- Powdered sugar - 1 tsp.
- Lemon peel
- Cocoa powder
Step by step instruction of cooking Cherry soup with curd dumplings
Put the marmalade in a saucepan, dilute 100 ml of water and warmed. In the remaining 50ml of cold water to dilute the starch and a thin stream while stirring, add to the pot. Now bring the soup to a boil and cook until thick (3-5 minutes) on medium heat. Then remove for complete cooling.
