- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Milk - 150 g
- Flour - 1 tbsp
- Butter - 30 g
- Salt
- Pepper white
- Greens

We need the following ingredients

On low heat melt butter

In the butter add the flour. Stir to avoid lumps. Gradually pour in the milk. Stir. Cook for 1 minute.

In almost ready add the sauce boiled eggs. Mix thoroughly.

Sauce served with boiled potatoes and fish (in my case poached cod)
Sprinkle with herbs or seasoning to the fish!
