Incredibly delicious casserole. This is my original recipe. The dish is cooked in multivarka VITEK VT - 4211 W.
Ingredients for Gratin of cauliflower with chicken
- Chicken breast - 500 g
- Cauliflower - 800 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken egg - 7 PCs
- Cream - 100 ml
- Curry - 1 tsp.
- Black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Gratin of cauliflower with chicken

Sauerkraut pour water and cook at boiling for 3 minutes. Drain in a colander. Boil in slow cooker mode "Soup" 20 minutes or on the stove.

Chicken breast cut into pieces. In the bowl multivarki pour 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil and place the chicken. Select mode "Roasting" 15 minutes, fry them, covered with a lid, and periodically turning.
