Vegetable soup-puree of green peas

I offer one of my favorite soups! Very light, delicate and refreshing. I recommend to prepare at post.
Ingredients for Vegetable soup-puree of green peas
- Peas - 1 Cup.
- Water - 700 ml
- Potatoes - 2 PCs
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Leek - 200 g
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Carnation - 1 depot.
- Salt - to taste
- Mint - 2 vetos.
Step by step instruction of cooking Vegetable soup-puree of green peas

In boiling water to fill the rinsed peas (soak is not needed), cook on low heat with the lid closed 40-50 minutes.

Peel the potatoes, cut it into cubes and add to the soup for 15 minutes until cooked peas.
Шаг 3
Carrot and leek and add to the soup for 5 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper, add mint and cloves.

Soup to blend.
Шаг 5
White bread cut into small cubes and fry in garlic butter.
Serve with garlic croutons.
