- Beef - 1 kg

Step by step instruction of cooking Peanut sauce with beef
Cut the meat into pieces and boil until tender. In the process of cooking in the broth add the chopped greens ( I have parsley, Bay leaf and Basil ), a mixture of white and black pepper, and course salt.
While cooking meat, peanuts fry on a dry pan stirring constantly to not burn, until it starts to "POWERCIAT". If you do not frying. the sauce will turn a bright, if long - dark.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring constantly. Cover tightly do not close, sauce can "escape". Black add white pepper, salt.
Serve hot, with rice for example.
Very tasty with Patata ( if you can find it on sale ).
No less delicious this sauce with fish ( mackerel ). In this case, the prepared pieces of fish put directly into the sauce after boiling.
