Ingredients for Zucchini stuffed with mushrooms and rice
- Zucchini - 1 kg
- Mushrooms - 400 g
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Figure - 100 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Tomato - 3 PCs
- Dutch cheese - 100 g
- Greens
- Vegetable oil - 50 g
- Salt
- Allspice
Step by step instruction of cooking Zucchini stuffed with mushrooms and rice

Mushrooms fry in vegetable oil, add chopped onion and grated on a grater carrots, salt, continuing to fry.

Boil the rice in salted water until tender.

Zucchini wash, peel, cut into rings of 3-5 cm, remove the core, salt.
