Ingredients for Gulchekhra
- Chicken - 1 kg
- Onion - 3 PCs
- Garlic - 10 the tooth.
- Milk - 150 ml
- Sour cream - 10 tbsp
- Dill - to taste
- Khmeli-suneli - 1 tsp.
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Allspice - to taste
- Sunflower oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Gulchekhra
Clean and cut the onion half-rings.
With chicken legs I took off the skin and cut off excess fat. Who fat does not interfere with, can cook with the skin! Cut into small pieces.
Onions fry in a pan in a small amount of sunflower oil. Put aside.
