Very tasty, tender, flavorful cookies. Cooking is very simple.
Ingredients for Cottage cheese biscuits with raisins
- Curd - 200 g
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Margarine - 80 g
- Flour - 230 g
- Raisins - 100 g
- Soda slaked vinegar - 0.5 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Cottage cheese biscuits with raisins
Add the ground raisins and mix well.
Then add the flour. May need more as it depends on the cheese (for example if it is wet)
Knead the dough. It should be soft and not stick to hands. Roll into a ball and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
