Lazy belyashi with mushrooms

Belyashi - cold or hot - like all, but don't always have time for their preparation. Therefore, I propose to prepare a lazy belyashi... and for a change not with meat, but with mushrooms.
Ingredients for Lazy belyashi with mushrooms
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Yeast - 10 g
- Greens - 1 Puig.
- Salt - 1/6 tsp.
- Black pepper - 1/6 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 300 ml
- Flour - 2-3 stack.
- Water - 400 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking Lazy belyashi with mushrooms
Yeast breed in warm water. Add Kikkoman soy sauce.
Add salt, pepper and flour. And bring the dough to a consistency slightly thicker than for pancakes. Leave in a warm place to approach.
Cut onions and mushrooms.
Pour it all in approaching the dough. Stir.
With a spoon spread on a pan in oil. Fry on both sides.
For the sauce you can mix the mayonnaise with ketchup. But you can individually... or who likes what.
