Probably for most pancakes is a delicious sweet Breakfast, but these pancakes are more likely to snack. I suggest to use them instead of bread or tortillas. They are perfect for camping (what a barbecue without the green). And they can put the pieces of red fish, to get a very tasty snack. They are equally delicious in both warm and cold. Greens can use at their discretion. I picked tender spinach, parsley and a little mint for freshness. The bow gives them a spicy taste, and soy sauce piquant flavor. PS Initially wanted to call the recipe "Browns, greens," but then I thought, well, what are they "greens", if they are almost entirely OF greenery =)
Ingredients for Browns greens
- Greens - 300 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Flour - 2/3 of the stack.
- Milk - 1 Cup.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Green onions - 1/2 Puig.
- Vegetable oil - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Browns greens

Prepare your ingredients.

In a bowl, whisk egg with soy sauce. Flour mixed with baking powder and sift into a bowl.

Gradually pour in the milk, stirring with a dough whisk. You should get a texture like regular pancakes.

Greens and onions wash, remove hard stems and finely chop. If you use peppermint, be careful. Do not add a lot of it, so it does not interrupt the taste of other greens.

Add to the dough the greens and stir.

Fry in hot oil on medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
