I have many friends and acquaintances ask what the kitchen refers to this recipe. Honestly, I don't know, maybe to the East, judging by the title. I liked it because of the combination of ingredients. I hope you will like.
Ingredients for Mustafa
- Minced meat - 800 g
- Garlic - 6 tooth.
- Potatoes - 800 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Prunes - 180 g
- Eggplant - 3 PCs
- Tomato - 3 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Mustafa
On the bottom of the form pour some water and put a layer of meat (or meat cut into pieces), season with salt and pepper and lightly sprinkle with garlic.
The next layer raw potatoes, sliced, and on top a bit of mayonnaise.
Then layer onion, roughly chopped.
Next, a layer of pitted prunes, cut into wedges.
The next layer is eggplant, fresh, pre-salted and rinsed (to remove bitterness) and top with a little mayonnaise.
And the last layer is fresh tomatoes, chopped polukruzhochkami and laid next to each other.
