- Rowan red - 2 l
- Salt - 4 tbsp
- Sugar - 250 g
- Vinegar - 250 g
- Cinnamon - 1 tsp.
- Carnation - 1 tsp.
- Khmeli-suneli - 1 tbsp
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Rowanberry sauce
Rowan scald - dry, skip 2 times through a meat grinder
Add sugar , vinegar, garlic and spices.
All mix, put in jars and refrigerate.
To serve with meat, fish, or just eat
