This recipe gave me my friend. When I tried it - I fell in love with it! Delicate, fragrant, very tasty. I recommend everyone to try to cook it is not difficult. Of course a lot of recipes... But I decided to upload my own version. P. S. It is possible to prepare with any other fruit (peach, apricot, mango, etc.), but for me the perfect combination of flavors with strawberries. Therefore, during the ripening of strawberries - this cake is the king on my Desk.

Ingredients for Cheesecake "Strawberry"
- Flour - 250 g
- Butter - 125 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Curd - 160 g
- Sugar - 100 g
- Potato starch - 1 tbsp
- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Cream - 250 ml
- Lemon - 0.5 PCs
- Vanilla sugar - 0.5 tsp.
- Strawberry - 500 g
- Sugar - 2 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Cheesecake "Strawberry"
1. Beat the egg with sugar (with a fork)
2. Soft butter to grind with flour
Mix 1 and 2
Knead the dough, put into the refrigerator for 1 hour. (To speed up the process I put in the freezer for 10-15 minutes)
Preparing the filling.
RUB the lemon zest on a fine grater.
To add to the zest of eggs, starch. Beat with a mixer or blender.
Add sugar, vanilla - beat.
Then add the cream to whip.
Add curd and whisk.
The stuffing is ready.
(I usually do half servings of the toppings, love it when its bigger)
Get from the refrigerator the dough.
In a demountable form lay out the dough (I periodically moisten your hands in water and spread with your fingers along the bottom, lifting the sides 2-3 inches).
Pour the filling into the dough.
Put to bake in the oven for 50 -60 minutes, 180 degrees (no more!)
Strawberries cut into slices, spread on the cake.
Glaze. 5-7 large strawberries and mash them with a fork or a blender, add sugar.
Boil for 3-4 minutes.
Pour glaze cheesecake. (I grease with silicone brush)

Put in refrigerator for 1 hour. And you can enjoy...
