Salad "Frieze" with avocado

Somehow very fond of me frisée... He's so dreamy, crisp, with a barely perceptible bitterness (in contrast to the openly bitter arugula)... so I'm experimenting with it. Today another experiment.

Ingredients for Salad "Frieze" with avocado
- Avocado - 2 PCs
- Cucumber - 1 piece
- Cherry tomatoes - 4 PCs
- Quail egg - 5 PCs
- Salmon - 150 g
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Salad "Frieze" with avocado
Avocado clean, remove the seeds. 1.5 pieces cut into cubes, sprinkle with lemon juice and stir.
Eggs cook and partially clean. Tomatoes cut into 4 pieces, cucumber triangular slices. Salmon cut into pieces.
Salad wash, drain off the water and disassembled into individual leaves.
In a large bowl, gently mix the lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes and salmon. Pour with the dressing and stir gently. The filling can be any according to your taste. I have olive oil with lemon juice. Sometimes add soy sauce, sometimes mustard... whatever comes to mind.
Spread on a flat dish lined with lettuce (if available). Decorate eggs.
