Soup with liver dumplings

The soup is simple, casual, lightweight in all senses, budget. Perfect for baby food, especially for those kids who (like me sometime:)) refuse the liver because of its not too attractive appearance.
Ingredients for Soup with liver dumplings
- Chicken liver - 250 g
- Water - 1.7 l
- Potatoes - 4 PCs
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Pasta - 1 Gorst.
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Dill - 0,5 Puig.
Step by step instruction of cooking Soup with liver dumplings
Put to boil the water, meanwhile clean the vegetables. My potatoes were small so I got 6 pieces.
The water is boiling – throw in diced potatoes.
Finely chop the onion and carrot (figuratively, for greater beauty), saute in vegetable oil, add favorite spices.
The cooled liver three on a large grater (can be used, of course, a blender, a meat grinder, but, in my opinion, it is more convenient grater and wash easier and easier ilocki unnecessary to find and remove). Add a couple of eggs, flour, add salt, again you can add a little spice (if the soup will eat little children, should not be abused, of course).

This has turned into soup. Dumplings are quite tender, but hold their shape well, pronounced liver taste does not have. Try it, I would be glad if you like it.
