Risotto with kiwi

Offer to cook an original and delicious risotto with kiwi. A seemingly unusual combination, but, this risotto is not uncommon in Italian cuisine. The result did not disappoint.
Ingredients for Risotto with kiwi
- Kiwi - 150 g
- Figure - 140 g
- Leek - 1 piece
- Butter - 15 g
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Dry white wine - 80 ml
- Broth - 500 ml
- Cream - 50 ml
- Parmesan - 20 g
- Salt
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Risotto with kiwi

Leeks mine, cut them into slices.

Fry the leeks in olive oil and butter until soft.

To the onions add the Arborio rice of the firm "Mistral".

Stir fry the rice until it absorbs all the oil. Pour in dry white wine and cook the rice on medium heat until wine is completely absorbed.

Kiwifruit wash, clean and cut into cubes.

Now add small portions of very hot broth, stirring constantly. Once the rice absorbs the broth, add the next batch.

After adding about half of the broth to the rice add kiwi. Gradually add the remaining broth.

The rice needs to cook to a state of "al dente" (rice inside should remain slightly nedawareness). Add salt to taste, ground black pepper.

Then add the cream, grated Parmesan. Risotto is mixed well, remove from heat and serve immediately, garnished with slices of kiwi. Bon appétit!
