Ingredients for Rolls "Yin-Yang"
- Figure - 140 g

- Avocado - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Rolls "Yin-Yang"
For making rolls, I used the rice Mistral Japonica.
Prepare the rice as written on the packaging. In a separate bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar and salt and add to warm rice. Stir and let the rice cool down. Sheet nori, cut in half (across).
Lightly moisten hands with water and place the rice on each nori sheet, leaving a free about a third of the sheet. Fig spread is not thick, slightly primina it.
On one sheet of rice put sliced strips of salmon, the other chopped avocado.
Now use the bamboo Mat to roll each nori sheet to form the shape of a comma. The edge of the nori without rice remains free.
Next, fold the rolls to each other, and with the help of a bamboo Mat give the roll a round shape.
With a sharp knife, lightly moistened with water, cut the roll first in half, then each piece in half again.
