Cook the rice. I cooked white medium grain rice "Japonica".
White as snow and very glutinous rice Japonica in the preparation of becoming sticky, but retains its shape.
Cooked rice seasoned with rice vinegar for sushi. Season to taste. One Cup of boiled rice about 1 tsp. of vinegar. Try according to your taste.

For making kazari-sushi of Japanese cherries will need one sheet of nori, cut in half crosswise lines of perforations.

Place the prepared sushi rice on half a sheet of nori in an even layer, not reaching the edges of the researchers, approximately 1 cm (this will be the place "gluing" if bloggity figure to the end, you get a "snail").

The finished roll is cut to exactly the sides, and carefully cut into 3 or 4 parts.
That roll was well cut and it did not stick to the rice, dampen the blade with water.
