- Green onions - 100 g
- Arrows garlic - 100 g
- Broccoli - 100 g
- Pepper - 100 g
- Tomato juice - 100 ml
- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Sunflower oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Omelet "Immunity"
Onion and garlic cut into arrows, like (large, small). Fry in butter for 5 minutes.
Add the finely chopped broccoli. Fry 1 minute.
Add the pepper and tomato juice. To extinguish minutes 10 on small fire.
Beat eggs slightly in a separate bowl with salt and favorite spices, add to vegetables.
