Ingredients for Potato souffle
- Potatoes - 250 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
- Butter - 20 g
- Minced meat - 200 g
- Milk - 2 tbsp
- Onion - 1/2 PCs
- Mushrooms - 50 g
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Potato souffle
Minced meat fry, add the onion, mushrooms, tomato, salt and pepper.
Boil potatoes, mash into a puree, add butter, milk, egg yolk and salt. Separately beat the protein to a froth and add, stirring gently with a spoon.
In the form at the bottom put stuffing and top with puree.
Put in the oven at 180 -190 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, until browned.
